Staff Order Form – The Monte 1’s

Grizzly Staff:

Please fill out the form below if you are interested in purchasing a pair for The Monte 1’s (custom Griz Nike Air Force 1’s). They are $80 a pair. Once you have completed the form please go to the GSA office to pay for the shoes.

There are a few things we want you to keep in mind when ordering your shoes:

• All shoe sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.
• Both Men’s & Women’s sizes are available.
  • Men’s sizes range from a 6 to 15
  • Women’s sizes range from 5 to 12
• The Monte 1 shoes will be available for pick-up at the GSA mid to late October.
• Deadline for ordering The Monte 1 shoe is Friday, September 13th. We will not take any orders after that date.
• Remember to go to the GSA office to pay for your shoes.
