2026 Home Football Tailgating Information

“Home Of The $5 Beer”

At every Griz home football game, the Grizzly Scholarship Association (GSA) teams up with Summit Beverage to host a tailgate party. The tailgate runs for two and a half (2.5) hours prior to kickoff and for approximately 15 minutes at halftime. A wide variety of beer, seltzers, and wine are available to purchase for $5 each. The tailgate also offers access to local food trucks. Enjoy music and the live pre-game radio show which is broadcast from the GSA Tailgate area.

This GSA tailgate is open to any and all fans. All proceeds go directly to the GSA and our mission of providing student-athlete scholarships! We hope you can stop by for a drink, a bite to eat, and some good ol’ fashioned Montana hospitality in a fun and exciting environment. 

Drink Tokens Are Back:

Since the 2025 season, the GSA Tailgate has instituted a drink token system. Tokens can be purchased at the shed in the center of the tailgate area and exchanged for beverages offered under the tents along Campus Drive. The tokens will be good for the whole year. So, if you have any leftover, you can come back and see us at the next week’s game to spend them on a drink!

*Note: Token design will change for the next season and past season tokens will not be accepted.
