Nikes & Ties Shoe Order Form

We are excited to see everyone at our first ever Nikes & Ties event on November 15th. This is the order form for The Monte 1… a custom Griz Nike Dunk shoe.

There are a few things we want you to keep in mind when ordering your shoes:

• All shoe sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.
• Both Men’s & Women’s sizes are available.
  • Men’s sizes range from a 6 to 15
  • Women’s sizes range from 5 to 12
• The Monte 1 shoes will be available for pick-up prior to the event at the GSA office. If you are unable to pick them up early, we will have them at Nikes & Ties waiting for you.
• You must attend the event to receive a pair of shoes.
• Shoes are sold separately from the tickets to the event. A member of the GSA team will contact you to receive payment for the shoes.
• Deadline for ordering The Monte 1 shoe is Friday, September 13th. We will not take any orders after that date. However, tickets to Nikes & Ties will be on sale until Monday, October 14th.
• Each pair is $150.00 dollars. With all proceeds going back the the GSA and our mission of providing student-athlete scholarships.
