The Grizzly Scholarship Association (GSA) is thrilled to announce NIKES & TIES II. This event is INVITE ONLY and will take place on Friday, November 6th at The Wilma. It will feature a live auction, dueling pianos, dancing, food, drinks, and much more you won’t want to miss!

In 2024 we hosted the first ever NIKES & TIES and our goal was to make it the largest fundraiser in Grizzly Athletics history. We didn’t just beat the record, we doubled the record, raising $250,000 in support of student-athlete scholarships.

This year we plan to do the same thing and RAISE THE BAR EVEN HIGHER.

To commemorate the night, we are working with Nike once again to bring you an exclusive shoe – THE MONTE 2. This year’s model will be a Nike Air Max 90. This shoe will only be available for purchase to those who attend the event. You do not want to miss your opportunity to get a pair of these!

The Monte 2 shoes will be available for pick-up prior to the event at the GSA office. So no need to worry, you will be able to wear them to the event!

Every dollar raised from this event will directly benefit the GSA and our mission of providing student-athlete scholarships. Tickets to the event will include heavy appetizers, beer, wine, and a specialty cocktail. Yes, this is a formal event, but we are in Athletics after all, so make sure to wear your best Nike’s.
